We have long experience of developing and changing contractors organizations to improve effiency and reduce costs. This is one of our main working fields.
Also we arrange seminars and workshops on topics like; How to make more money with maintenance; The structure and future of the Landscape Industry, customer demands, trends in landscaping, machinery etc; Focusing on maintenance – a workshop all about finding practical ways to carry out a more effective work at a lower cost.
We also do market analysis for manufacturers of garden products such as machines and raw materials. In this field we have a vast, international experience from both Europé, the US and South-America.
During more than 10 years we have developed strong and interdependent relations with many contractors, park authorities, landscape universities, green organizations etc which helps us evaluating market trends and allows our customers to network with other decisionsmakers and opinion makers as we go along on our pre-planned field excursions and study trips to Germany, England and France.
